enough heat, the screws can get pretty damned tight. The phillips head may not hold enough torque to unscrew without stripping. At the least, I'd have used a socket head or torx head screw to sit flush in the adapter.
I changed out my sister in law's rotors on her CRV years ago. They were held onto the hub by phillips heads. Had to use an impact driver to get them out. Way to go Honduh.
